Are your essential oils 100% pure?

Yes of course! Our oils are 100% pure free from any additives, adulterants, or synthetics. You can be sure you are using a pure authentic essential oil with Flo Aromatherapy.

Do you do third party testing to ensure purity of your essential oils?

Yes of course! Flo Aromatherapy's Essential Oils undergo stringent testing through third-party GC/MS testing, considered the industry gold standard, to ensure that we can objectively stand behind the purity, potency, and authenticity of our oils.

Are your products natural?

Yes of course! Flo Aromatherapy is committed to using high quality natural ingredients that are not only safe for you but the earth as well.

Are your products organic?

Although all of our products are of premium quality, not all of the oils have the organic certification. However, you can be confident that our certified organic products adhere to the strictest of organic production practices and are free of toxic pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers. 

Are your products tested on animals?

That’s a hard NO! We are a cruelty-free facility and only source products from cruelty-free suppliers.

Where are your products made?

We are a Canadian Company and our aromatherapy products have been expertly formulated and hand mixed with love in our small batch facility. Our oils have been sourced from all around the world, you can find out the oils origin by viewing the details in the product description.

Why are your oils less expensive than the popular MLM brands?

One of the motivating factors in creating our company was to provide essential oils that are pure and safe to use at cost effective prices. Being a direct-to-consumer business we can pass on the savings to you. We make 100% Pure Essential Oils simple.

 

MY ORDER 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed it is processed and ready to ship very quickly. If you email with any of your concerns, we will try and address it before it leaves the facility however we can’t guarantee that we can make any changes to it. 

Do you have a return policy?

If you are unhappy with your order in any way let us know and we can help! For damaged or defective products, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a refund or new item for you.

What method of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay & Apple Pay

How is the sales tax calculated?

Sales tax is based on the shipping address you provide when you place an order. Federal and Provincial taxes will be charged accordingly.

What currency is the site in?

Prices are in Canadian dollars.

How does the exchange rate work?

At the checkout, you will be charged in Canadian dollars. Your local currency exchange rate will be applied by your credit card company when the payment is processed by them.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We ship anywhere in Canada and USA.  Contact us for more information on international destinations.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules

We process all orders within 1-3 days and then it’s sent out for delivery. Depending on where you live, you should receive your package within 1-5 business days after we ship for orders within Canada. USA orders, shipping can take 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Here you can view and track the details of your order.

Will I be charged custom duties or import fees?

Sometimes there are customs charges on orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada. Flo Aromatherapy is not responsible for this type of import or duty charge. We ask you to check with your local customs authority for more information.
